We love our 100% Arabica coffee beans. They are all the things you would want from your beans - traceable, high quality coffee beans, and they are ethically sourced.
Our bean supplier Mercanta (aka The Coffee Hunters) do not pay fair trade prices, they pay premium prices, directly to the growers. For them and for us, it is all about great coffee and lasting relationships.
Our coffee is also bagged in bio-degradable bags - even our labels/ink will bio-degrade.
Once Covid restrictions ease up, there will be an option to bring your own container. Less waste is always a good thing.

Our | Coffee Lab
The Coffee Lab... We came up with this name, as many folk thought we were opening a cafe.
We may be all about coffee, but we are not a cafe. Arran already has many great cafes.
Our wee shop, along with our 10kg roaster, has a selection of coffees for you to take home and enjoy (including freshly ground coffee), along with a selection of coffee gear - cafetieres, stove top pots, mugs, cups...you get it.
The Lab is open to the public and we look forward to welcoming you. Each day we will have three to four coffees for you to sample. So why not come on over?

The only thing better than great coffee at home is great coffee when you go out. We are always happy to host businesses for a tasting session at our Coffee Lab in Brodick, or to provide samples and advice on getting the best from your beans, grind and machine. Whether it is coffee for retail or coffee for your hopper, we are here to help. Lets have a chat over a coffee.

Look out for the following collaborations with other Arran businesses: Our wonderful new exclusive chocolate range in collaboration with James Chocolate of Arran, Monday Morning Mocha with Seagate Brewery , the mighty Valhalla beer from the Arran Brewery uses a special blend of our beans and our decaf coffee is used in delicious tablet with The Arran Tablet Company
